Fatal server error: 
could not open default font 'fixed'

解决方案：

出现此错误是因为tigervnc 服务无法找到启动服务所需的默认字体。
所以你需要手动安装那些字体rpm。

确保安装了这个包

# rpm -qa | grep libXfont

如果没有，我们可以使用 yum 命令进行安装，如下所示

# yum install libXfont

现在尝试重新启动服务

# service vncserver start
Starting VNC server: 2:root xauth: (stdin):1:  bad display name "test.example:2" in "add" command

新的“test.example (root)”桌面是 test.example:2

创建默认启动脚本 /root/.vnc/xstartup
启动 /root/.vnc/xstartup 中指定的应用程序
日志文件是 /root/.vnc/test.openfire:2.log
